Better Off Ted
I’m working on my third full watch through of Better Off Ted within a week and I have a theory: Lem’s mother is Lem and Veronica’s daughter, sent back from a dystopian future to try and prevent the apocalypse her father could not prevent.
Think about it. Stella Clifton is the perfect combination of Lem and Veronica, who we know already has Lem’s sperm. Was what went wrong with the Earth Lem and Phil’s fault? It’s likely. With his best friend tragically dead, Lem convinces Veronica that it’s time to create the world’s ultimate scientist. They work together to build the time machine, and then Stella goes back, falls in love with the world’s first male supermodel, and kidnaps a young Lem in the hopes of raising him well enough to prevent catastrophe while also doing as much research as possible to help the next generation.
